Staff and Governor Training
All training starts with you because every school is different and so the needs of each school are equally different. We will, therefore, discuss what you wish to achieve from it and design the process around your needs. This means we can be sure about what you want and need, and ensure that our work meets it.
Examples of training
- Leadership training: NLE & SLE training on SEND and PP reviews
- Objectives
- Ensure that the NLE/SLE understands and can effectively do the process of reviewing.
- Ensure that the NLE/SLE understands and can effectively write of review for schools.
- Ensure that the NLE/SLE is can confidently sustain this role for future review.
- Leadership training: Governance
- Objectives
- Ensure that Governors have a good understanding of the educational landscape (kinds of schools) in England and Wales.
- Ensure that Governors have a good understanding of the responsibilities of Governance.
- Ensure that Governors understand the main roles in Governance (e.g. Chair and Clerk)
- Ensure that Governors understand the meeting process and issues such as quorum.

- Objectives
- Coach and mentor targeted staff to improve their ability to meet the needs of students in the class.
