Victoria Obermaier

Victoria is currently supporting settings across the Southwest and Wales, advising Primary and Secondary schools on Pupil Premium , SEND and Behaviour Provision.

She has been teaching since 1996. For the last 10 years she has held leadership roles in SEBD settings. These roles have seen her take responsibility for whole school (3-16) data and recently, managing a special provision for pupils with severe anxiety and school phobia. She has had the pleasure of working alongside celebrities such as Neville Southall (most capped player for Wales) on developing an appropriate yet aspirational curriculum for pupils.

Her extensive experience spans working with pupils, parents, police, Social Services, CAHMS, Health, Youth Offending Services, Industry, Headteachers, Local Authorities and Governing Bodies. She has also had the pleasure of working for PiXL, a not-for-profit organisation that shares best practice, to raise standards and to give students a better future and brighter hope.

Victoria is passionate about developing the whole child and works closely with schools to enable them to provide the very best for the most vulnerable pupils.
